If the player window does not open when you click the play link, it usually means one of two things: (1) Your popup stopper needs to be adjusted to allow a window to open on this page or (2) JavaScript is disabled in your browser settings.

Some companies block streaming broadcasts. If the streaming player opens but you cannot connect at work, check with your network administrator.

If you always get "Error. Please try to re-connect" and you are not blocked by your company; it usually indicates a problem with your setup. First, try installing the latest version of Windows Media Player. It is a free download by clicking the ‘Download Windows Media Player 10’ link on our web site.

Buffering, dropouts, lost connections: Many things can cause you to lose the stream. A slow computer, not enough memory or even running several programs at once can make your PC lose the connection. If you tend to hear a lot of hard drive activity when using your PC, that's usually a sign that you need more memory.

Windows Media Player 6.4 or higher is required. If you have Windows, you probably already have it. If you would like the newer version or need to reinstall, click the ‘Download Windows Media Player 10’ link on our web site and obtain a free copy. Many times, problems can be fixed by installing the latest version.
